Claudia Maria Anleu-Hernández and Carmina Puig-Cruells publish an article on teaching self-care

The researchers Claudia Maria Anleu-Hernández and Carmina Puig-Cruells have published the article "Teaching about selfcare to social work students. A necessary action", about the importance of self-care.

The text analyzes the ways in which self-care is taught and learned by Social Work students. The information comes from experiences and reports from students and professors of the Social Work career at the Rovira i Virgili University.

The research was carried out through a mixed methodology in which online questionnaires, in-depth interviews and focus groups were used. The results show that there is a lack of specific information on self-care.
