Serena Brigidi published the article update on Obstetric Violence
The researcher Serena Brigidi has published the update of the article “Intersectional Obstetric Stratification” in Contextos.
The text exposes the data collected in the work with migrant women from Pakistan, China, Morocco and Senegal. It also includes information from a study carried out with delivery professionals in Barcelona. The research seeks to broaden the concept of obstetric racism and demonstrate the existing discriminations in the process of pregnancy, childbirth and parenting.
