Medical anthropology is a field of professional anthropology recognized as such for half a century. However, the interest of the western cultural tradition for the social and cultural dimensions of the health, disease and care process is much older and allows to observe much more complex genealogies. The objective of this exhibition is to emphasize its complexity and cultural and spatial diversity from a hundred and a half books and magazines. The exhibition brings together documents in Catalan, Galician, Spanish, French, Basque, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch and English.
